Devlog#2 Implementing puzzles!

World Depth, Puzzle Mechanics & New Additions
Hello everyone! I'm excited to share the second development update for Control Water. This week I focused on giving the world more depth, experimenting with puzzle mechanics using multiple viewports, and adding both a new character and a secret item.
World Changes
To avoid the world feeling too “flat,” I introduced walls that divide and shape the environment. These changes give the map more structure and atmosphere, making exploration feel richer and more immersive.

Puzzle Mechanics
I experimented with puzzles using multiple viewports. One challenge was mouse input: when several viewports are active, the one on top in the hierarchy receives the clicks, making puzzle interaction tricky.
The solution? Keyboard inputs. Unlike the mouse, they work across viewports without conflict. This allowed me to implement puzzle mechanics smoothly and avoid input issues.

New Character & Cinematics
A new character has been added to the game, complete with cinematic sequences that expand the narrative and atmosphere. This addition brings more life and storytelling depth to the world.

Secret Item
A brand-new item has been introduced into the world. I won’t reveal where it’s hidden… that’s a secret waiting for you to discover!
